In New York City, we see hundreds of people every day, but how often do we take the time to really see them? Brush up on your ability to observe and recreate the human anatomy at Figure Drawing classes hosted by Drawing New York. These two and a half hour sessions are hosted every Wednesday and Sat, where you and less than thirty other students will get to practice drawing from a live nude model. Instructors will help guide you on how to transfer what you see in life onto paper using pencil, charcoal, watercolor, or whatever utensil you choose. It's an inclusive environment for artists of all skill levels. And while you might not be the next DaVinci, you’ll be much closer to being a well-rounded Renaissance artist.
