All you have to do is follow the corresponding day's work out videos on Youtube. Access to these videos are free, all you have to do is subscribe to her website and you get a copy of her free workout calendar. So if you don't have a gym membership, don't fret, because these workouts can be done in the comfort of your own home.

Going hand-in-hand with being more fit and healthy in the new year, it is really helpful to have a gadget that can guide you in maintaining and improving your fitness goals. The Fitbit is a great product to help users track their exercise, health, sleep, and more. This handy device also syncs your stats and information to your computer or phone so you can analyze and track how you're doing. You can also use Fitbit with your friends and family as a fun way to compare each other's progress and to motivate each other to reach goals. Chances are, one of your New Year's resolutions is to drink more water. Drinking more water is such a simple way to flush out toxins and improve your health overall, but it is usually overlooked. It may be hard to commit to your 8 glasses a day, but there are apps that can help with that. Try the Daily Water app, where you can input your default drink size and set a daily goal for yourself, such as drinking eight 8-ounce glasses a day. You can also set alarms to remind yourself to drink water. You can then check off how many glasses you drink throughout your day and can track your progress easily as the days, weeks, and months roll by.

This app slowly eases and trains you into the the world of meditation and mindfulness, so for those of you who are new to meditation, Headspace is a great place to start.
