Situated in the heart of St. Mark’s Place, Hakata Hot Pot & Sushi Lounge has a great selection of Japanese cuisine. There is a variety of Ramen to choose from, and our favorites include the Spider Ramen, which is a great choice if you're a fan of soft shell crab, and the Spicy Tonkotsu Ramen, an excellent choice if you’re into silky, pork based soups with a kick. And if you’ve never had a ramen burger, now’s the chance to try one out! In addition, there is also 50% off on all sushi orders so you can order a roll or two along with your bowl of Ramen. This popular Japanese Ramen chain is located in Bushwick, Brooklyn and specializes in Tonkotsu Ramen! Here you'll experience "unique ‘antisocial’ eating," complete with individually divided booths where patrons can customize their Ramen order and call the server over with the push of button. The appeal is that patrons are able to order and fully savor their meal without the distractions of having to interact with people. There are other table seating options for groups, but if you want a solo eating experience, Ichiran is the way to go! Opens from 11AM - 2AM.

This Japanese Ramen chain has locations in East Village and Midtown and is famous for its authentic Hakata Tonkotsu pork soup with their house-made thin noodles. Every bowl of Ramen here is to die for but if you’re stuck on choosing one, we recommend the Karaka-men, the Akamaru Modern ramen, or the Ichiraku Special. A must-try menu item is their special pork buns, which are fluffy, slightly sweet buns with umami glazed fatty pork and crisp mini lettuce. Because of Ippudo’s popularity, the wait time for a table might be long during busy nights, but it just may be completely worth it! Opens Monday from 5PM - 11PM. Tuesday to Thursday from 11AM - 3:30PM and 5PM - 11:30PM. Friday from 11AM - 3:30PM and 5PM- 12:30AM. Saturday from 11AM - 11:30PM and Sunday from 11AM - 10:30PM.
