Miracle on 9th at Mace

This East Village pop-up is a must for those looking to get into the holiday spirit. Stringed lights, wrapping paper, and ornaments line the wall while tinsel and presents dangle from the ceiling, making this place a Christmas miracle! The cocktail menu is equally festive, with whimsically named drinks like the Christmapolitan, Dreidel, Dreidel, Dreidel, and Jingle Balls Nog. But make sure to bungle up in your holiday sweater because a wait for this bar isn’t uncommon, so plan to arrive not too late! Hosted at Mace bar from 4PM - 2AM until Christmas Eve.
Sippin’ Santa’s Surf Shack at Boilermaker
$$ • 13 1st Ave • fb.com/SippinSanta/

From the same hosts that bring you Miracle on 9th, Sippin’ Santa’s Surf Shack is equally decked out in kitschy decor, but this time with a tropical twist. Sip on some cheeky Tiki cocktails like the On Christmas Island (served in a Santa pants mug) or the Holiday Lei. On special days, a complimentary bowl of homemade Chex party mix is served to each table. A ten minute walk from sister bar Miracle, catch the waves at Boilermaker from 5PM - 2AM until Christmas Eve.
