Q: Where will we meet?
A: Depending on where your hotel is located, we will come to you. If your hotel is outside our pickup boundaries, we will schedule a meeting place during one of our confirmation emails after checkout. Most meeting places tend to be around the Times Square area as that is most convenient for our customers. We try to accommodate in order to give you the best experience possible!
Q: Is this more photo & video-based or info-based?
A: In the beginning of each experience we will provide you with a mini itinerary & info booklet which will include history of each site you'll be visiting. Your Photographer & Videographer will share inside knowledge about each destination, however we focus critically on the photography and videography aspect so you can receive a photo/video package you will be happy with.
Q: What happens if the weather is bad?
A: If we feel the weather will interfere with the Freefall NYC Experience, we will try and reschedule. However, if it is not possible, we will provide a full refund.
Q: How will we get around the City?
A: Depending on the experience chosen, we will either walk, ride the subway, or take a car. All transportation TO the venues will be covered by Freefall NYC, but transportation BACK to your hotel will not. However, we will make sure you know the best route to get back, give you a code for a discounted ride, or will help you flag down a NYC cab.
Q: What are your payment terms?
A: Payment is due in full at times tickets are purchased. If we need to cancel due to inclement weather and are unable to reschedule we will provide full refund. All other payments are non-refundable.

A: Each experience has a list of what's included at the bottom of the page. Please refer to each separate tour page for what's included.
Q: How will I recieve my photos/video?
A: The Photos and/or Video will be sent digitally to the email information you provide within 1- 4 days.
